Florida Alert: Legalize Industrial Hemp, Support HB363 and SB902

Florida HB363 and SB902 would legalize industrial hemp for production within the state of Florida, effectively thwarting the federal prohibition on the same. HB363 must pass through the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Subcommittee, and SB902 must pass through the Senate Agriculture Committee before the bills can receive full votes in their respective chambers.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS – It doesn’t matter where you live in the state, please follow all these steps to support HB363 and SB902.
